Our managed IT pricing is intentionally simple and transparent. We charge one monthly rate per user, with unlimited IT support and essential business software included. No stripped-down teaser package, and no suspiciously low starting price that grows once the services you actually need are added.
We know what managed IT support costs in Chester County. Our pricing sits comfortably in the middle of the local market – while our All-In package includes more than many comparable plans. We don’t need to hide the price behind a consultation. We’re confident in what we charge, what you get, and the service behind it.
Looking for networking, security cameras, VoIP, or another one-time business IT project? Contact us and we’ll quote project work separately and upfront.
Because you’re not buying access to a help desk. You’re essentially giving every employee an IT department.
Your monthly price includes unlimited day-to-day IT support, Microsoft 365, managed security, antivirus, backups, password management, monitoring, patching, remote assistance, on-site support, and ongoing management of your technology. (And all of this is included – watch for “that’s extra” from other quotes you get.)
The goal isn’t to be the cheapest IT company in Chester County. It’s to make your technology predictable: one monthly price; your employees call us when they need help, and we handle all your tech issues.
No – and we actually check.
Our pricing falls right around the middle of the managed IT market in Chester County. You’ll find companies charging less and companies charging considerably more.
The important difference is what that price actually buys. Lower advertised rates don’t necessarily include Microsoft 365 licensing, backups, password management, security tools, on-site support, or other services included in our All-In plan. The initial price looks cheaper, but once you add on what you need, the total monthly cost quickly creeps upward. So don’t compare $129 to $150. Compare what your business actually gets for $129 versus $150.
That’s where we’re extremely confident in our pricing. So confident – we list it right here. Want to see what’s included? Check out our All-Inclusive IT Support page.
Because you shouldn’t have to sit through a sales presentation just to find out whether you can afford us – nobody likes that. Our pricing isn’t a secret. You can see what we charge and what’s included, and you can do the math before you ever contact us.
If the numbers make sense, please get in touch, and we’d be thrilled to answer your questions. If they don’t, we haven’t wasted an hour of your time trying to convince you otherwise.
And if you get a quote from another local IT company and want help comparing apples to apples, we’re happy to do that without high-pressure sales.
Sure – on the surface.
If your only requirement is finding the lowest monthly number, we probably won’t win. You can technically pay $0 a month for IT support (until something breaks, or you start adding the things your business actually needs: email, antivirus, backups, remote access…)
Some IT companies offer smaller packages, charge separately when you need support, limit remote vs. on-site help, or leave essential software outside the monthly price. That cheaper number grows fast.
We built All-In for businesses that would rather have one company responsible for keeping everything working than figure out what’s covered every time something goes wrong.
We compete on value, responsiveness, and completeness. Our price is comfortably middle-of-the-local-market, with a lot more packed into that number.
No. That’s exactly what All-In is designed to avoid. We used to offer break/fix support, but overwhelming demand led us to switch exclusively to all-inclusive MSP support.
Traditional hourly IT creates a terrible incentive: every problem costs you more money. Eventually, employees stop calling because nobody wants another bill. And your bill can skyrocket when something actually breaks. Thousands and thousands of dollars on a single business-halting support ticket.
With managed IT, routine support is already covered. Your monthly bill shouldn’t explode because Susan needed help with Outlook six times this month. Use us. Call us daily. Ask us to reconnect your printer again. That’s literally what you’re paying us for.
Our package includes 99% of what you need to keep your business running day-to-day. We don’t intentionally leave out anything that “most companies” need and will add later. (Example: we don’t have a single company that doesn’t use Outlook or Gmail, so we’re not going to call that an add-on when it’s pretty essential.)
Major projects and significant changes to your IT environment are quoted separately. This can include major migrations, new server deployments, substantial network installations, office moves, security camera projects, VoIP deployments, and other project work outside normal day-to-day support.
And importantly: We don’t just do the work and surprise you with an invoice afterward. If something falls outside your plan, we’ll tell you and quote it before proceeding.
No. In fact, that’s one of the reasons our pricing starts at $450 per month for up to three users.
A two-person company still has email, computers, passwords, customer data, backups, cybersecurity risks, software problems, and occasionally a Tuesday morning when absolutely nothing wants to work.
You don’t need a full-time IT employee. You need access to an IT department when you need one. For $450/month, even a very small business can have professional IT management and unlimited support without adding another person to payroll.
If the only thing your IT company does is answer support calls, yes. That’s not managed IT.
While your employees aren’t calling us, your systems still need monitoring, backups, security, patching, maintenance, and management. The best month isn’t the month where you call us 30 times; it’s the month where everything works. You’re not paying us to create activity – you’re paying us to keep IT from becoming your activity.
Because owning software isn’t the same as having someone responsible for it. Managed IT isn’t a pile of subscriptions; it’s ownership.
We manage the tools, monitor the systems, maintain the computers, handle the support, troubleshoot problems, and make sure the pieces work together.
And because many of the tools your business already needs are included in our package, you’re not simply stacking our fee on top of everything you’re currently paying – much of what you already pay for can just go away. Part of the value is consolidating IT under one accountable team.
That’s when the value of having an IT company becomes very real, very quickly. A computer problem is annoying. But a compromised account, failed drive, lost data, network outage, or security incident can stop people from working entirely. When that happens, you’re not searching Google for an IT company and hoping somebody calls back.
You already have one. We already know your environment, manage your systems, and your employees already know who to call.
You’re not just paying for IT support. You’re paying to have a plan before you need one.
Very little. We’re the IT company, and we help our clients switch from other IT companies all the time. The technical work falls on us, not you.
We’ll learn your environment, document what you have, coordinate access, deploy our management and security tools, review your systems, and work through the transition. We’ll do all the coordination with any existing IT companies.
There may be information or approvals we’ll need from you along the way, but you don’t need to become an IT project manager just to hire an IT company. Our job is to make your technology easier to manage, starting with the switch itself.
Then please don’t clean it up before calling us. Seriously. You don’t need perfect documentation. You don’t need to understand your network. You don’t need a beautiful spreadsheet containing every password, computer, and Microsoft license. That’s our world.
Show us what you have, tell us what’s frustrating you, and we’ll figure out the technology from there. You don’t need to know what’s wrong before calling an IT company. You call the IT company because you want someone else to figure out what’s wrong.
Because you’re not buying support from an anonymous national help desk. We’re a local company with a local team, and we’ve been serving businesses in this area for more than 20 years. We have hundreds of verified 5-star reviews from business owners and home users all over Chester County. We have a stellar reputation.
When your employees need help, they’re dealing with people whose job is actually to help them. That’s all our techs do. They aren’t also salespeople trying to hit quotas. They sit at their computers all day responding to your support tickets (and our reputation depends on it).
And because day-to-day support is already included, our incentive is to keep your technology working well, not rack up billable hours when it doesn’t. That’s the relationship managed IT is supposed to create.
Then compare the monthly price to what you’re actually gambling against. Start with the boring stuff – because even boring IT problems cost money.
An employee loses two hours fighting with Outlook. A computer won’t boot Monday morning. The printer stops working before a proposal goes out. The owner spends Saturday night troubleshooting Microsoft 365 instead of spending that time with their family.
With traditional break/fix IT, even a relatively ordinary two-hour service call can easily become a few hundred dollars in IT labor – before you count the wages and lost productivity of the employee who couldn’t work.
And if you’re the owner fixing it yourself, your time isn’t free either. Two hours on a Saturday is two hours you’re never getting back. There are only 168 hours in a week. Your business already gets enough of them.
But those are the good IT problems.
The expensive ones are the backup everyone assumed was working. The computer nobody patched. The employee who clicked the wrong email. The Microsoft 365 password that ended up in someone else’s hands.
According to Verizon’s 2025 Data Breach Investigations Report, ransomware was involved in 88% of breaches affecting small and medium-sized businesses in its dataset. Across organizations of all sizes, the median ransomware payment was $115,000.
And ransomware isn’t the only way a business loses money. Verizon’s analysis of FBI-reported cybercrime found a $30,000 median loss for business email compromise when a monetary loss occurred – the kind of attack where someone gets into an email account, impersonates a trusted person, and convinces someone to send money where it doesn’t belong.
Then there’s recovery. Sophos’ 2026 ransomware research found an average recovery cost of $1.7 million among surveyed organizations hit by ransomware — excluding the ransom itself – although that study covers organizations with 100–5,000 employees, so we wouldn’t pretend that’s the expected cost for a tiny Chester County business. The point is simpler: recovering from a serious cyber incident costs vastly more than preventing one.
That’s the gamble you’re making when IT is something you deal with after it goes wrong.
Managed IT doesn’t promise that nothing bad will ever happen. Nobody credible can promise that.
It means your computers are being monitored. Your systems are being patched. Your data is being backed up. Your security is being managed. Your employees have someone to call. And when something does go wrong, you’re not starting from Google at 9:00 Monday morning trying to find someone who can help.
Now compare that with $450/month for a business with up to three users.
One predictable bill. Unlimited day-to-day support. Microsoft 365. Security. Backups. Password management. Monitoring. A local IT team.
And your Saturday night back.
That’s what you’re actually buying.
You already know what we charge. There is a handy IT Support Pricing Calculator here on this page where you can pop some numbers in yourself. There’s no pricing reveal waiting on the other side of a form. And you know what we offer with All-Inclusive IT Support – fully managed MSP service.
But we are happy to answer any of your questions. Tell us a little about your business and what’s frustrating you about IT. We’ll tell you whether U-neek makes sense – and if it does, we’ll make the next steps super easy.

Comparison shopping or need to bring pricing to a decision-maker? Send us a quick form, and we’ll prepare a formal quote using the same transparent pricing you see here. We’ll clearly break down what’s included, too, so you can compare providers apples to apples, not just price to price.
Your employees have an IT department whenever they need one. Unlimited day-to-day remote and on-site support without watching the clock or worrying about another hourly bill.
Multiple layers of protection working together to help protect your people, devices, accounts, data, and business from today’s most common cyber threats.
We support and manage the Microsoft tools your employees rely on every day, including email, Office apps, accounts, licensing, permissions, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
Your Microsoft 365 data gets an additional layer of protection so an accidental deletion, compromised account, or missing email doesn’t automatically become a disaster.
We help keep the technology connecting your business working reliably — including your network, Wi-Fi, connectivity, troubleshooting, and supported network equipment.
Important business data stored on covered computers is backed up so hardware failure, accidental deletion, theft, or another unexpected event doesn’t have to mean starting over.
Professional business security that’s actively deployed, monitored, maintained, and managed — not antivirus software somebody installed three years ago and hopes is still working.
New hire? Departure? Password problem? Permission change? We handle the everyday technology administration that comes with employees joining, leaving, and changing roles.
Your employees don’t need to diagnose the problem or figure out who handles it. Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, networking, hardware, software, backups – or something they’ve never heard of – they call U-neek. We figure it out.
Our pricing is right in the middle of the local market – with more included than you’ll find in many plans costing the same or more.
A lot more than fixing computers when they break.
